1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 7/1/08 at 12:00:00 AM (PT) through 7/26/08 at 11:59:59 PM (PT) (“Promotion Period”), go to www.rcwilleysweepstakes.com/ (the “Website”), and complete the online registration to be automatically entered into the R.C. Willey Electrolux Kitchen Suite Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”). The Grand Prize winner’s information will be posted on the Website at the conclusion of the Promotion Period. If your name/city/state is posted on the Website, then you are the winner – subject to verification. Limit one (1) entry per person for the Promotion Period. Entries must be completed by 11:59:59 PM (PT) on 7/26/08.

REFER-A-FRIEND BONUS SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: You have the option of providing a friend’s/relative’s email address to obtain an additional bonus entry into the Sweepstakes. You may submit one (1) email address for one (1) bonus Sweepstakes entry by following the online instructions at the promotion Website. For the valid email address you provide that results in that friend/relative successfully registering and entering the Sweepstakes, you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for a maximum of five (5) bonus referral entries per person during the Promotion Period. When you provide R.C. Willey Home Furnishings (“Sponsor”) with a friend’s/relative’s email address, the Sponsor may send an email to your friend/relative, inviting him/her to visit the promotion Website to register and enter the Sweepstakes. If he/she chooses to register, he/she will be given the option of opting in to the Sponsor’s mailing list. If your friend/relative chooses not to be added to the Sponsor’s mailing list, he/she will not receive any further correspondence except if he/she is selected as a prize winner. You must obtain each friend's/relative's permission to submit his/her information prior to submitting your referral entry. Original entrant's friend/relative will not be entered into the Sweepstakes unless he/she visits www.rcwilleysweepstakes.com/ and successfully registers and enters the Sweepstakes.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, any entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may not participate with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may entrants use any device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and all entries submitted by the entrant will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for any change to email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the States of Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado and California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of R.C. Willey Home Furnishings, Panasonic Corporation of North America, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void outside of UT, ID, NV, WY, CO, CA and where otherwise prohibited.
RANDOM DRAWINGS: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/28/08 from among all valid entries received by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified on the Website, and by phone, mail and/or email at Sponsor’s discretion.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize — An Electrolux Luxury Kitchen Suite (ARV $5,946.00). Prize includes the following: Side-by-Side Refrigerator (26 cu. ft.) with IQ-Touch™ controls ($2,199); Gas Range with IQ-Touch™ controls ($1,899); 14 Cycle Wave-Touch™ Dishwasher ($1,199); and 30" Over-the-Range Microhood (ARV $649). Prize will be awarded to the winner at the R.C. Willey retail location closest to their residence. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099 tax form for the approximate retail value of their prize.
GENERAL: Potential Grand Prize winner must execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within ten (10) days after the first notification attempt. Non-compliance with Official Rules may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If prize notification or prize delivery is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. By participating, entrants and winner release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, Panasonic Corporation of North America, their respective parent companies, retailers, affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity. Winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers’ terms therefore and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering or announcement of prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award the prize via random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the action taken by Sponsor. Caution: Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent of the law.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Entry information becomes property of Sponsor and is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy as posted on its website at the following Internet address http://www.rcwilleysweepstakes.com/privacy.aspx.
